LEADERSHIP


Thomas Adomshick, P.E., P.T.O.E. is a principal and President of James J. Benes & Associates and is specialized in engineering design, traffic studies and construction inspection. Mr. Adomshick’s expertise includes roadway, sanitary sewer, water main, street lighting and drainage design as well as traffic study preparation and plan reviews. His specialty knowledge is traffic analysis and design. He is an Illinois Licensed Professional Engineer, Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University in 1983.


Bradley Hargett, P.E., P.L.S., CFM is the Vice President of James J. Benes & Associates, Inc. Mr. Hargett’s specialized knowledge includes preparing location design studies, location drainage studies, engineering design, roadway and hydrologic surveys, materials testing and construction management. Career projects have included roadway, sanitary sewer, water main and drainage system design, as well as geometric studies, intersection design studies and drainage studies. Mr. Hargett has extensive experience coordinating with public agencies, residents, civic organizations, utilities, and contractors during design and construction. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Colorado and Wisconsin, an Illinois Certified Floodplain Manager and an Illinois Professional Land Surveyor. He is a member of the Illinois Association of Floodplain and Stormwater Management and a Director of the North Cook County Soil and Water Conservation District. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University in 1991.
